This Mother’s Day – Give the gift of life!

Nicholas Kristof of the New York Times just wrote a blog about our organization and made a wonderful suggestion. He encouraged readers to celebrate Mother’s Day by making a contribution to WE CARE Solar or other organizations dedicated to safe motherhood.

Not only do we LOVE this idea, we have beautiful mother’s day cards that we will send to donors that can be sent to your mother! Any U.S. or Canadian donor of $200 or more will receive a beautiful 8 X 10 photograph of Nigerian children that can be framed.

All donations will be entirely used for equipment – lighting and communication supplies for clinics and hospitals in Africa. Donations can be made through PayPal or by mail (please click on the PayPal button on the right or send checks by mail).
