We Care Solar is seeking a Country Program Management Consultant who will play an instrumental role in establishing partnerships and processes in Mozambique, setting the foundation for a potential launch of a nationwide program in Mozambique. This person will be responsible for building upon existing relationships as well as identifying and cultivating new partnerships, managing stakeholders within national, regional, and district governments, designing and executing program activities, and overseeing logistics. We are looking for a self-starter who has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and experience working with a variety of partners and government.
